Our Commitment to Society and Inclusion
London Fund Management recognizes that our responsibilities go beyond our portfolio managers, investors, and shareholders. As an organization, we actively support various charities and social enterprises.

We are dedicated to expanding opportunities for young professionals from diverse backgrounds to build careers in asset management. To this end, we collaborate with leading initiatives that foster greater inclusion and accessibility within the industry.

Lumsden Leadership Summit
The Lumsden Club is a registered Scottish charity at the University of St Andrews, dedicated to supporting women's and children's charities while promoting the arts. With 36 members, the club has raised over £30,000 in the past six years for various charitable causes.

The London Fund Management x Lumsden Leadership Summit Internship provides a summer internship opportunity each year, aiming to encourage more female applicants to pursue careers in the asset management industry.
Supporting our staff, and supporting others
Giving back to the community not only benefits those in need but also helps our team develop valuable skills. At London Asset Management, we actively encourage employee participation in charitable initiatives, with staff regularly engaging in sponsored activities and volunteer work.
Our flexible working options support employees in balancing their charitable commitments alongside their core responsibilities, fostering a culture of social responsibility and personal growth.
Brass for Africa
Brass for Africa is an award-winning charity that delivers music education with integrated life-skills training to over 1,000 disadvantaged children and young people in Uganda, Liberia and Rwanda.
Working in partnership with over 20 community-based organisations, their local team of teachers are all African and alumni of the programmes themselves. They teach music, and through an integrated life-skills curriculum, nurture transferable skills such as self-confidence, perseverance, concentration and communication.

Help for Children
A global foundation, HFC has long enjoyed strong support from the hedge fund industry—so much so that it is often referred to as "Hedge Funds Care." HFC provides substantial grants to charities dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse worldwide, making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Operation Christmas Child
London Fund Management is a proud supporter of Operation Christmas Child, the UK’s largest children’s Christmas appeal. Since 1990, this initiative has delivered gift-filled shoeboxes to underprivileged children worldwide. The concept is simple yet powerful—children and adults pack shoe boxes with gifts and drop them off at designated locations. Each shoebox is an unconditional act of kindness, bringing joy to a child in need with no expectations in return.
